Effective August 1, 2026, our complimentary shuttle service between Izu-Inatori Station and the hotel will operate on a timetable-based advance reservation system.

In recent years, the number of guests traveling by public transportation has increased, and requests for shuttle service from Izu-Inatori Station and Izu Animal Kingdom have also grown steadily. As a result, guests have occasionally experienced waiting times when arrival or departure times overlapped.

To provide a smoother and more comfortable shuttle service, we will introduce a timetable-based advance reservation system.

Changes

Effective August 1, 2026, advance reservations will be required for all complimentary shuttle services.
Guests wishing to use the shuttle are requested to reserve their preferred departure time in advance.
Shuttle services without reservations will not operate.
Please refer to the timetable below for the shuttle schedule.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as significant train delays caused by typhoons or accidents, we will respond on a case-by-case basis. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require assistance.
