Can I make reservations by phone or email?
AYou can make reservations by either phone or email (reception hours 9:00 - 20:00). -

How can I check my reservation details?
ATo check online, visit our official website and click "Accommodation Reservation," then "Confirm / Modify / Cancel," or refer to your Reservation Confirmation Email. If you booked through a different site, please contact that provider. -

Can I change or cancel a reservation by phone or email?
AYes, we will be happy to assist. -

From when are cancellation fees charged?
AFor 1 - 14 guests, cancellation fees apply from 3 days before arrival:
· 3 days – 1 day prior: 20% of the room charge
· Same day: 50%
· No-show: 100%
*For bookings of 15 or more guests, please inquire. -

Can I pay by credit card?
AYes.
*QR-code payments are not accepted.

Is parking available?
AYes. We have a parking lot with 65 spaces. -

What are the check-in and check-out times and can these times be extended?
ACheck-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
For guests who stay past the check-out time, an extension fee of 2,000 JPY (excluding tax) per hour will be charged.
*Extensions may not be possible depending on the occupancy situation. -

Can I change my scheduled check-in time?
AYes, check-in is available any time after 15:00.
· Dinner-included plans: no notice needed if arriving by 18:00.
· Arrivals after 20:00: please contact us by telephone before 20:00, as the line switches to an automated service after this time. -

Do you have baby cots or bed guards?
AUnfortunately, baby cots and bed guards are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience. -

Can minors stay without an adult?
AGuests under 18 must submit a parental consent form.
*Guests under 15 must be accompanied by a guardian. -

What should I do if I've left something at the hotel?
AIf you contact us and we locate the item, we will ship it to you COD. Please note that retention periods vary:
· Food and beverages: disposed of the same day for hygiene reasons.
· Other items: stored for 3 months.
*The hotel does not initiate contact regarding lost items.

If I reserve multiple rooms, can they be adjacent?
AWe will do our best to accommodate your request, but it may not be possible depending on availability. -

Are the bath and toilet separate?
A· Cottage-type (Animal Villa, Resort Villa): separate shower room and toilet (no bathtub).
· Hotel-type (Café & Book Hotel): toilet only (no bathtub or shower). -

What size are the beds?
A· Animal Villa: 97 cm × 195 cm (2 beds)
· Resort Villa: 90 cm × 195 cm (2 beds)
· Café & Book Hotel: 90 cm × 195 cm (2 beds)
Please note that sizes may vary slightly between rooms. -

Is Wi-Fi available?
AComplimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The password is in your room information folder. -

Do you have smoking rooms?
AAvailability varies depending on the room type. There is a smoking area to the right of the main entrance. -

Are microwaves provided?
A· Animal Villa: one microwave per room.
· Resort Villa: one microwave per room.
· Café & Book Hotel: one microwave in the 3F corridor. -

Can I stay with my pet?
AUnfortunately, pets are not permitted. We apologize for any inconvenience. -

Are toiletries provided?
ALotions and similar items are not supplied. Some amenities (hair brushes, toothbrushes, etc.) are available at the Amenity Bar inside the 1F public bath of Café & Book Hotel. Please help yourself. -

Do you have any items that may be borrowed free of charge or for a fee?
A· Free of charge: mobile chargers (iPhone / Type-C / microUSB), bottle openers, wine openers, umbrellas, card games or board games, tennis rackets & shoes (up to 4 per court, court users only).
· For a fee: mahjong sets (3,000 JPY per night, excl. tax).

Can I store luggage before check-in or after check-out?
AWe can store luggage before check-in for guests with reservations. We do not store luggage after check-out. -

Can I ship my luggage to the hotel before arrival?
AYes, but please note:
· Pre-paid shipping only (COD not accepted).
· Please ship all items to arrive by the day before or the day of your stay.
· Please write the full reservation name on the waybill.
· We cannot accept valuables, fragile items, perishables, medicine, documents, odorous items, or refrigerated parcels. -

Do you offer courier service?
AWe can ship items via Yamato Transport's Cash on Delivery service only. Items received after 12:00 will be sent the next day. -

Do you provide room service, such as birthday cakes?
AUnfortunately, room service is not available. We apologize for any inconvenience. -
Q
May I leave unwanted items behind?
AWe can dispose only of garbage generated during your stay. Please take large items such as suitcases with you. If disposal is required, a fee of 3,000 JPY per item will be charged.
