Thank you very much for your continued patronage of our hotel.
Our hotel offers the Animal Villa, guest rooms where you can spend time together with capybaras, and we are honored to welcome many guests from around the world.

At check-in, all guests are asked to review and sign the “Animal Villa Usage Agreement.”
To protect the safety and comfort of the capybaras, the following actions are strictly prohibited under these guidelines:

・Bringing capybaras into the guest rooms

・Feeding them any food or drink other than what is provided by the hotel

・Holding a capybara on your lap

・Any other behavior that may cause stress or burden to the capybaras

However, in recent years, we have identified videos and posts on social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube showing actions that violate these rules—such as bringing capybaras into guest rooms, holding them on laps, or feeding outside food—and making such content public.

These actions are not permitted by the hotel under any circumstances and clearly violate our established guidelines.
While we have requested the removal of such content, not all of it has been taken down.

Such behavior not only endangers the health and safety of the capybaras, but also causes significant inconvenience to other guests who follow the rules. We deeply regret that these situations have occurred and take this matter very seriously.

We kindly ask all guests using the Animal Villa to place the health and well-being of the capybaras above all else and strictly adhere to the guidelines.
Posting or publishing content on social media that depicts prohibited behavior is strictly forbidden. We may request deletion if such content is identified.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
